* Shipping time: 5–10 business days (Monday – Friday)

Shipping Costs
We do not charge you for shipping, regardless of your order value.

Ordering Process
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have started processing your order. Normally, we need 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday) to prepare your order for shipping.
Once we ship your package, you will receive the tracking link in your inbox so you can monitor its progress. You can then expect an additional 5–10 business days (Monday – Friday) for delivery.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please send us an email as soon as possible at info@olivia-bennet.com. Once your order is being processed, unfortunately, a cancellation is no longer possible.

Delayed Packages
It is possible, although unusual, that your package may experience some delay (especially during peak shopping times). We apologize for this, but please be patient and allow a little more time.

Wrong or Damaged Items
Did you receive a wrong or damaged item? We are very sorry for the inconvenience — but don't worry, we will ensure that you receive the correct item as soon as possible.
Please take a photo of the issue and send it to us via email so that we can resolve the problem promptly.
